This workshop to be held at Tuahiwi Herbs, aims to give you tools to manage the stresses in your life. You will spend time in the herb garden learning from Cathy Bouma all about herbs that can help you relax and then make an aromatherapy inhaler and a herbal tea to take home.

Charmaine McGregor from Be Health and Wellness and Sandra McAlpinefrom Soul Gardens at The Sanctuary, Fernside, NZ will then help you understand more about your own body, mind and spirit and how it is affected by day to day stress, giving you tips that you can integrate into your everyday life.

Sandra will then guide you through the ultimate relaxation of a guided meditation to finish our day.
