Our Weekend Wellness Retreats and Wellness Workshops are a real chance to reconnect with our Body, Mind and Spirit and to sample different activities in the relaxing environments.

Our Weekend Wellness Retreats are a chance for you to learn from experts in their fields, relax in beautiful environments and to connect with other participants to learn more about ourselves and each other. The themes of our Retreats vary but past activities have included yoga, pilates, meditation, bootcamps, personal training, wellness coaching and seminars. All accommodation and food is provided at our locations.

Our Wellness Workshops are a way for you to learn more, be inspired and connect with like minded people. These day events are a great way to experience what our Wellness Retreats can include.
