We have some exciting bigs news.
Be Health and Wellness is expanding into North Canterbury!
As of the 7th of August, Charmaine will be based in Anytime Fitness in Rangiora, meaning Carolynne will be looking after our clients at Bodyfix Gym in Christchurch.
This means we will be able to offer Personal Training, Small Group Training, Group Training, Wellness Coaching and Wellness events on both sides of the Waimak Bridge.
This is an exciting time for Be Health and Wellness.
We have a couple of exciting events coming up over the next week or so.
Our Find Your Fire Wellness Retreat kicks off in 10 days and we are super excited. This is our last week of taking bookings and therefore we are running our last promotion this week for it. Details are here.
Our next round of Saturday Group Training kicks off this Saturday morning at Bodyfix Gym. This is a 6 week block and the cost is just $60. Always a great way to get your training done and dusted for the weekend ahead with a great bunch of people. All details are here.
We are helping a group of Christchurch Girls High School ladies with a Workshop next Wednesday 1st of August. The session includes a talk about how to manage stress for ultimate wellbeing plus a Sound Meditation session with Kayo Gill. Participants also receive a copy of the Health and Wellness Book that the girls have produced. Details are here and everyone is welcome.
