I have worked in the industry for over 16 years, with 13 years of that as a Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach, with qualifications from New Zealand and Australia in Fitness, Recreation and Wellness coaching.

I have two mess monsters, aged nearly 8 and 10 years and one adult husband mess monster!!

I am lucky to work at Anytime Fitness Rangiora with a supportive team at front desk, PTs and Group Instructors.

I like to work with people who are lacking energy, feel run down, need to get stronger and fitter and feel more confident in their own skin. People who like to look at weight loss from a holistic and sustainable point of view. People who want to learn how to move their own body and get the best out of it. People who are managing busy lives and stressful situations but want to gain control of their health and wellness.

Because of these are the people I like to work with, I provide different services and support: One on one Personal Training, small group training, group training, wellness coaching, adventure weekends, and wellness retreats.

I love what exercise does for me Mentally as well as Physically.  Exercise has played a major role in my own ability to balance life and my own demands as a wife and mother.

‘I’ve been training with Carolynne for over 12 months and I really value the laughter, fun and connection that we have developed as some mornings this is what gets me out of bed and to the gym. The intensity of the training sessions usually depend on where I’m at energy, stress and tiredness wise. 

Carolynne is really good at judging what I need for the session, she may have an evil plan lined up but can quickly adapt it to better suit what I need for the day. Carolynne is very good at showing the correct technique and incorporates new things to do so it doesn’t get boring.
